This place has been a big part of my uni life. It has great facilities and it would be 5 stars but it's run poorly. Sometimes decisions don't make sense and it makes the facilities unavailable for way too long. Example was redoing the indoor pitch during term time when it could've been done during the summer or outing weird restrictions during covid. Nonetheless more than worth the membership. I've tried all but the squash pitched so far and everything is a 10/10

For such a large high spec facility it has a terrible online booking system. The website glitches on different devices, often has the same option repeated, locks you out quickly and makes it impossible to actually book.

Good place nice on a good day

Five star facilities, one star management. Inefficient in replying email and dealing with membership request. Asked to extend my membership multiple times as they promised after lockdown. their reply was ‘haven’t got around doing it’ after more than a week of email trail and decision of opening the gym. Most of the floor staff are nice though.
