got job in febuary20181,sacked end of October 2018.sacked on the belief that i had been smoking in works van.I hadn't been.only had the van 2 months,so i ask my self,before i got the new van why wasn't any smell of smoking found to be in van i drove before for 5 months.enjoyed working there,was a good group of people to work with..but then new guy started in office and everything changed overnight..he took over and in my eyes he is found to be wanting.he was in charge of Aberdeenshire work and would send people out to jobs that hadn't even had a risk assessment done.i was put out to jobs where the risk assessment was still taken place..like i say it is a good place to work,great people to work with,but you will not be trusted or believed.and do not expect a fair hearing or appeal as my dissmissal was already on the table when i got back to office.i was not even given the the grace to be told why i was getting called into office for..otherwise they knew they were getting rid of me but still waited until end of day so i finished work schedual for day.so if you get a job there watch your back and do not trust the management as they will not trust you...
