Lovely people work here, had to have glasses and Claire was there to help. We picked the ones I liked first, my other 2 pairs I tried on didn't look right, Claire was honest with her option (which I did ask her to do) would recommend this store, the lady who took me for the pressure test was also very nice and also the optitician as well. Glasses arrived very quickly as well, and fit great. Thanks everyone you do great work and excellent customer service

I ended up changing my opticians as on a number of occasions i turned up to my appointment and somebody in specsavers had changed my booking day without notifying me. Then they told me that it was my error not theirs even tho i had my appointment card on my fridge at home to prove that i wasnt wrong. Awful customer service. Now i am with gwyns opticians in aberdare, they are much friendlier and welcoming staff.
