We recently moved with the help of Abel of Hertford. Despite being an incredibly tumultuous process due to covid and the usual perils of an extended buying chain, Juan remained implaccably helpful throughout, his demeanor always cheerful in the face of adversity. I can happily say Abel of Hertford and in particular Juan, made what could of been an incredibly stressful and ultimately unsuccessful endeavour, a very happy ending for us.

We recently bought our home through Abel. Abel were professional, responsive and friendly from start to finish. Juan was personable, very efficient and kept us well informed. I would highly recommend Abel.
We recently sold our house and it was sold in less two weeks! Juan was amazing, very efficient and professional, always keeping me updated with the latest! The photos were amazing and I would 100% recommend Abel of Hertford estate agent, especially Juan!
I’ve recently rented a property through Harry, who has been fantastic throughout the entire process, he has been very responsive and professional and has kept stress to a minimum. I would highly recommend Harry & Abel Estate agents for anyone looking to rent in Hertford, after having a number of bad experiences with other agents in the area recently I can safely say that Abel are heads and shoulders above the rest. Thank you Harry!
My partner and I recently purchased our first home together from Abel. We dealt with Juan who was excellent at organising a viewing on the house for us very quickly as it just came on the market and then was fantastic and flexible to organise further viewings. He had a good knowledge of the house he was selling and was personable and helpful.
