I've been using Bakers Bikes for my entire life and every time I visit I get the same great service from Chris. I'd rather spend my money here than online and I don't know where else has a selection of bearings to suit any need, let alone the vast collection of spares Chris has.

Been using this place for about 20 years, always been knowledgable and good value for money until recently. I took a bike in for a problem with the brakes. Made the mistake of not asking for a quote and got ripped off when I came to pay. Will never use them again. Checked with 3 other local bike shops and I was over charged by about 30.
I've got to say what a wonderful shop . I need to get an inner tube this morning, and went into town to find the only bike shop I knew of didn't have the one I needed. I was told about Baker bikes and Chris. So much knowledge, so friendly . Probably the best customer service I've had in a long time. The best kept secret in Stortford. 5 stars
I took my wheel in to have the inner tube replaced, it was my first puncture ever! The gentleman replaced the tube on the spot whilst I waited and for a very fair price. Very happy and can honestly recommend this business, it’s personable service and on the spot repair made my day. Thank you
Wonderful place. Made unforgettable memories in here. We are traveling with two bromptons, while we met tyre puncture these two gentleman fixed that issue. Many thanks sir!
