I would strongly recommend the team at Abbotts in Beccles to sell your property. My property had been with another agent for 6 months with many viewings but no reasonable offers so I moved agents to Abbotts. I found Gabi, Amy and Cheryl to be very professional, honest and enthusiastic, offering me good support and advice but they also listened to me too. They only did viewings for those people who were in a position to buy and secured a great price for me within 3 weeks. They were as excited as I was when the sale was complete. What a team!

A first rate service even when the Coronavirus pandemic hit. I used Abbots to sell my fathers house that was in need of quite of lot of work to bring it up to date. Within a week, Cheryl had printed property details, arranged for a viewing weekend, and received a number of attractive offers. The pandemic arrived and unfortunately the buyer pulled out. Within a few days Cheryl arranged more viewings and had another 3 offers for consideration. I cannot fault Cheryl for all her hard work and commitment during such difficult times. I would highly recommend Abbots in Beccles for the service.
We first used Abbotts when we were selling my late mother's bungalow in 2012 and were very pleased with how proactive they were and we sold very quickly. When we came to sell our own property this year they were the first agents we thought of and again our experience has been very positive. Everyone we dealt with combined friendliness with professionalism. The original valuation was based on comparing similar properties and was therefore realistic. We always felt they were going the extra mile to market our property and again we had an ideal buyer within a few weeks and despite the disruption to the housing market because of Covid we have managed to exchange contracts without too much delay. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
