Fantastic service from Abbotts. From the initial call after I had my \incident\ with my M2 Competition, their communication, attitude, support and advice was superb. They dropped off an almost brand new courtesy car on the same day the accident, the transporter/delivery driver was very polite, follow up phone calls all happened when they should and upon picking up my car, less than seven days later(!), the conducted a complete and informative breakdown of the work done. The finish and fit on my car is first class. Cannot recommend them enough.

I brought my car in for a scratches and paint touch up. Found starter motor fault and knock sensor faulty which explains a lot. They where great the really looked after me on quality of work time taken comunication Absolutely over the moon. Thank you abbots . Red civic type r

Where to start... Impeccable service, very professional from the initial call via the insurance company to completion... Courtesy car dropped off within a few hours of our first conversation... My car was possibly a close write off, but I begged to have it repaired as I have had the car well maintained and looked after.... The work quality is perfect and the timescale was excellent given the damage... a full breakdown was given on request from Julie who was fantastic... Also dealt with a top fellow (name unknown) who was also excellent... Came away very assured and happy and cant praise their professionalism enough... Its an 11 out 10 from me.... Had my Jaguar 2.0l diesel estate driven into the other week. After trying to find someone who would take care of my pride and joy I settled on Abbott's. Kieran the damage assessor made the repair quick and hassle free. My car has been repaired to a high standard and I will be definitely recommending to friends and family.

Just been to abbotts to collect my car and i was greeted by a gentleman named Antony and Oliver, we had a good old friendly chat and then we went on out to have a look at my car and the job they carried out. After taking a scrutinizing look around the car it was very difficult for me to find a fault in there work the paint job looks impeccable it actually looks like a factory finish paint job and not to mention they did extra for touch ups for me and washed and valeted the whole car which was a bonus. I hope i will never have to use a body shop ever again but if i did I would definitely go back to these guys. If your someone who cares about their car and how it looks and needs work doing i highly recommended you go see Anthony or Oliver fantastic job guys.
