Nice guy but and a jack of all trades but a master of non of them... Im a diy guy and most of his work was seriously lacking on the quality side.. we hired him to do some stuff on our fixer upper as I'm really busy at my day job and he was definitely the cheapest quote we found but not worth the poor workmanship. eg. 1 The laminate floors we had him install where appalling and when I contacted him about coming back to fix it he expected to get paid hourly to fix it. When I told him I wanted him to come fix it on his own time he kept putting off coming back and then quit replying to my messages. If he has just come and fixed it I wouldn't even bother with this review.. it took me 4 hrs to do myself its just frustrating paying someone to do work and having to go around fixing it after eg 2) don't let him drywall.. I can sit in my living room and see every butt joint in my ceiling. eg3) don't let him install windows... took so long and when it was done the interior finishing was appalling! Looks like a 4 year old did the chalking! If you need someone to do work on your place and its doesn't have to be perfect and your on a tight budget like we were then he is perfect. He is a nice guy and pretty easy going and thats why he got two stars..
