THE place to shop for crystals, lapidary supplies, jewelry and more. Mark and Lois are amazing people with great hearts and exceptional care for their customers. I have been getting all supplies for my jewelry business from them since 2018, and if they don't have something I am really interested in - Mark will keep and open eye and getting it for me when the opportunity presents. Looking forward seeing them every time I go there, they make me feel like family.Thank you guys!
This place is amazing!!! Great products to look at and choose from! But beyond that, I keep going back for the exceptional service!! These people really know their stuff and are willing to drop what they are doing to answer questions and help me find whatever I'm looking for! Overall, it has become my new happy place!!
Frustrating and Stressful I ordered online from this company and received an item I shouldn’t have. This item I specifically told them I didn’t order back in September 11 as evidenced by my screencaps and seemingly they acknowledged their mistake and would fix it. They didn’t. I end up charged and stuck with it and their first response is to blame me for THEIR mistake. For more information, I paid 16 for shipping total on my parcel. The item I shouldn’t have been charged for costed 24 so 24-16 would equal a refund of 8 at my loss, for again, something that shouldn’t have happened if somebody had done their job. I also received a broken Cabochon they said they would “refund” me. A day passes and I don’t see my refund, now they’re telling me it’s store credit. Summary: this company thinks it can disrespect you with not even doing the bare minimal and expect you to still give them money. I lost a total of 30 because of this so if you don’t want to lose money for the most headache inducing and worst service ever where they blame you for their mistakes, stay away. Stay stress free, and do your rock shopping elsewhere. Edit: My entire order was displayed in response to my problem having been with just 2 items. The seller makes it clear your information isn’t safe with them. Even if you pay on time and follow their rules you’re subject to harassment. I wholeheartedly regret having supported a business that acts this way when my money could’ve gone to better people. Everything I spent here was utterly wasted when it seems like I was never seen as a customer even much less as a person too.
Great communication, fast delivery. I ordered an Amethyst Geode from them and the actual item arrived very well packed. I would recommend them to friends looking for crystals.
