We love the Abbot's Mitre! The food is always beautifully prepared and presented and is excellent value for money.
Really good food, friendly service and plenty of tables who could ask for more! I had the burger and chips and I couldn't fault it, thankfully not a brioche bun in sight! My mother had the steak pie with mash and she was very happy - no need for seasoning and plenty of meat in the filling- Proper pub food done well arriving hot to the table. Will definitely be visiting again soon!
1st time here for lunch, starters were very good, macaroni cheese was small portion for 13 . Good varied menu .Service was friendly and helpful, our 2 friendly labs were warmly welcomed. Lovely garden. Would go again.
