Amazing customer service! To be honest I was dreading going to choose tiles as I know they have so many, I've never chosen tiles before and we had a bit of an idea of what we wanted but that was it. Luckily for us Julie was there who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. She listened to us, made suggestions and ultimately guided us to our final choices that we are thrilled with, in much less time than I expected, thank you Julie!!!

I needed to find replacement border tiles for ones I bought 4 years ago. I was told they were no longer made but was put in touch with Abbeygate Tiles & Bathrooms. They still had the tile on display. We exchanged photos and then they ordered tiles for me and sent them to my home .... 100 miles from Bury St Edmunds. Today the tiles arrived: extremely well packed & just what I wanted. Thank you Abbeygate Tiles & Bathrooms.
Excellent and friendly service from all of the team, I would highly recommend.
