Ok, I had to phone them after 6 days of placing my order, as I had not had any details of delivery. It seems that my order had been overlooked. However I did get it by next day delivery, for which I was grateful.

I recently purchased a floor lamp from Abbeygate. I must say that the service was excellent. Emails were promptly answered and the lamp was delivered quickly. An outstanding company and I will certainly shop with them again and highly recommend them
Amazing service! I took my lamp in to be repaired as the shade wouldn't stay on. A member of the staff managed to mend it, as they didn't need to replace anything, there was no charge! Thank you so much. I will certainly return to this shop when l have any lighting needs!!!
