Well, I've been with this group since I've been living here five years. I found them to be quite ok. The staff in the office seemed to be very helpful and informative. You have to admit, their hands will be tied on a lot of issues, that's the hierarchy looking after their million pound bonuses i suppose. But all in all, the staff will steer you in the right direction and give some proper advice.
Have been with Abbey for the last 3 years (car insurance) and have been extremely happy with their quotes and charges. They are very helpful and efficient.
