Very rude host. He was unhappy that I came alone, without more people, in addition he said if I eat I have to do it very quick cause they are closing in one hour. He was literally showing his empathy to me. So I just left the place without getting a seat. Extremly unpleasant experience

Ordered for 15 people for a family get together. Was very impressed!! The service was great and the food arrived without having to wait long. This was good as we were all hungry. The food its self was beautifully presented and tasted out of this world. A lot of restaurants just don't seem to hit the mark when it comes to authentic tasting Indian food but Abbey Spice nailed it. All of my guests had nothing but good things to say about the food. I had to call the chef and thank him for making my evening pleasant with their authentic tasting food. I have recommended Abbey Spice to all my friends and me and my family will continue to come.
Nice clean and functional decor. Was intrigued by the fact that they were the local restaurant of the year for 2103 and 2014 - expectations were high and they lived up to them all. The service was attentive and the food was delicious. Certainly worth the visit and would recommend it.
Amazing Place. Well-Priced, stunning range food and drinks and outstanding, friendly service. Best Curry House in St. Albans by a mile!
My kids fave Indian restaurant because the staff are so friendly and the food is good and not too spicy. Relatively basic inside. Great way to kick off the weekend on a Friday. Mix Piaza is great.
