Staff Development Center is not too bad.

This staff development centre was built by Ebonyi State Government as an ideal place to host trainings. There are about 4 halls in the building each furnished with loud speakers and projector. The halls could be rented for 43 thousand naira. But full package which allows you access to projector and Generator costs 53 thousand naira only.The parking space is quite spacious. But you can feel neglect on this structure the normal poor maintenance culture Nigeria is known for.
