Extremely poor and unprofessional service. Ordered stone 3 weeks ago and despite numerous assurances it would be delivered it never arrived! It delayed my project and I incurred unnecessary labour charges. I had to hire a van and collect it myself. No apology or discount offered. Very poor communication and service. Wont be using them again. Everything they have stated in their response is misleading and inaccurate and untrue. I have all the text messages. Speaks volumes when they have to lie instead of apologizing and learning from their mistakes. I had agreed to pay for delivery. They told me they would deliver the order but never did.

Never deart with Abacus before. I messeged them via their Ebay page and had a response withing 5 mins. The person I spoke to was Allan. He matched my stone instantly via pics. I went to collect the next day and I was in and out within literally 3-4 minutes. Highly recommended.
Most terrible service ever! We were so excited about our stone and when it came it was completely different to the sample that they provided, when we contacted them to resolve the issue or consider a return, they said they don’t take returns. Alan was really rude and the company doesn’t operate working trading standards. Worst experience ever!

The people at Abacus that I dealt with were super friendly and very helpful. The stone arrived on time and the quality is exceptional. I have bought stone before but it was not nearly as fine as this. There are some dodgy people out there but they are not at Abacus. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm to anyone whether in the trade or just buying for themselves (as I was). Thank you Margaret for keeping me well informed as to when the shipments would arrive, Driver- absolutely top man and really helpful and of course Chris, who kept me informed as to the progress of the lambing.
