I think that all 1-star comments were written by not experienced people. So first you need to win in auction on a website. Absolutely not difficult, be sure to read the rules of each auction, they may differ. Then you need to pay in 24 hours after win. After confirmation the payment, you will receive a new email with the QR-code and your lots, and another email with the time reservation. Upon arrival there will be a small queue for 20-30 people, then the storekeepers will check your QR code and ID-card. 5 minute of waiting and you are happily owner of your goods. No extra payment, no lost items, no fake lots.

Horrible service Horrible service. We bid and won thousands of euros worth of merchandise and are coming a very long distance to pick the items up. No help whatsoever. You cannot respond to their emails, it is evidently all automated, no human contact. I would have given them no stars if I could have. No more with them!!

3 hours waiting in the cold before I could get pickup my item! I was speaking with people when waiting and apparently it is always the case! I will never buy on Auctim again.
Sold my old car here. Absolutely worth it, a lot easier than arranging everything yourself. They picked up the keys, towed the car, sent the plates back to the DIV, everything. Would recommend if you want to sell your car but don't want to deal with all the formalities.
They withdraw the lot without mentioning. They are just after big money . You will pay more than if you buy it brand new.
