Given an appointment very quickly and received 5 star treatment from all of the staff. Strict social distancing rules adhered to and after a thorough examination I was reassured about a possible eye problem. Would definitely recommend this practice!

I attended Aaron Optometrist on 1st of September 2020 , I found the Staff extremely courteous and helpful, Social Distancing and Hand Cleaning strictly adhered to . My Eye Examination was carried out by Joe in a extremely professional manner, Cataracts diagnosed and arrangements for rectification being organised. I cannot praise this Company highly enough : above 5 Star I would recommend them to everyone

First class service! I was seen at such short notice very close to closing time last night. Optician removed foreign body which had actually penetrated my eye. I was treated in a very professional manner and given after care advice at a more than reasonable price.

I have been using Aaron's Optometrists (Peter Frampton) for around 15 years now and have always found the staff, service, competency, professionalism and range of spectacles to be second to none. Recently I have have had cause to visit the practice for more than just a routine eye test and had, once again, a superb outcome. Andrea, whilst being Practice Manager, shows a huge understanding of the more clinical/technical aspects of the practice and was able to talk me through some of the difficulties I had experienced offering valuable advice. She does a brilliant job. That does not take anything away from the rest of the staff who all seem to enjoy their work. That transfers into providing excellent customer service. They make me feel important to them!
