Bought a bike few days ago. Service was lacking, information and knowledge was disappointing and the bike was poorly put together, had to fix it myself later.

My experience: bad bike and service. Two years ago, I bought a new bike. Although I payed 2100 kr, it was giving problems the week after. Chain and gears were blocked. I came 2-3 months after buying to report the problems. Employees treated like as if it easy my fault.
Okay shop, the best thing is the staff they do a great job
