It’s the most horrible service I’ve ever experienced! Ordering bed frame and mattress I’ve got only bed frame!!! It’s good advice from IKEA - just start sleeping on the bed frame and once you got back pain we will deliver your mattress!!!! The other thing is all services at their web page saying - call us, but you can’t because nobody picking up the phone!!!! There is FB and Instagram pages which also don’t give any support for the customers!!! It’s inly nice pictures and nothing more!!

Your standard Ikea... Visited late afternoon/early evening when there were not too many people, but difficult to get help anyhow. Very good vegetarian options in the restaurant
