This is not a review on the single practitioner, but rather of the way they treat customers and react to complaints. Went to this place for a facial and somehow ended up with first degree burns in my face (and not an allergic reaction as they keep trying to sweep it under the rug as). I had tried to contact them for 1,5 weeks, and when I finally got a handle of the owner, she denied having any responsibility. She compared my experience with buying a cucumber at a supermarket, being allergic and wanting a refund for that (what the f?), she claimed to have spoken with her lawyer and lastly she told me that I would have sue them if I wanted to try and get a refund. For a 'luxury' spa I would expect at least mediocre customer service, and I am chocked that they would state \high quality and good service\ as their values on their website, and then not to the slightest meet their own expectations. Would not recommend.

The number one spa in Aarhus. Has a wide variety in treatments for both men and women. Nice central location close to Magasin and the store and treatment rooms have a nice atmosphere. The customer service is always excellent.

Fik lavet Fodbehandling og fransk pedicure med shellac. ALT for dyrt og fik slet ikke fjernet alt mit hårde hud under fødderne. Fin service men dårlig resultat.
