Absolutely delicious! Sampled some of the bread too. The website was not lying when they said you can't tell it is missing the good stuff (gluten and lactose).
Walking around Aarhus, we came across this little gem. Little pots of samples available so you can have a taste before you buy. I tasted the soft white bread, and it had a really nice texture and crust. I bought some crispbreads and snacks, which were delicious. I would have bought some of the soft bread if we hadn't been in the middle of a vacation (I wasn't sure it would last long enough to still be good when we arrived back home). Definitely recommend a visit!
So wonderful to find this little gem of a glutenfree & vegan treasure in the centre of Århus Cakes, breakfast rolls, burgerbuns & pizzabuttoms to take home for the freezer. YES!! A shame I don't live closer
I have to admit that I’m a bit prejudiced if I read “gluten and lactose free” - can this be good? But the piece of cake that I had didn’t taste “healthy”. It was just delicious.

Fantastisk lille butik, med lækkert glutenfrit bagværk. Syntes ikke skorpen, på deres brød, flutes of boller. Men en tur i ovnen gør underværker.
