We had lunch in CANblau as a special celebration for a friend's wedding. They were very accommodating to our requests to make the occasion special, and we were blown away by the quality of service and the taste of the food in each of the 6 courses. It was an amazing experience, definitively recommend it!

Came by just for desert. One of the best crème brûlée I’ve had, topped with amazing apple sorbet.
Absolute top level, never hat such exquisite Tapas, Chef Jimmy makes you experience an amazing ham and Sherry tasting... out of this world
Relaxed, friendly service, good food
Overall a really great place. Delicious tapas-style plates with a Spanish theme. Not all the dishes are Spanish, there are also some local delicacies. Also a great selection of wine. With that being said, it is very expensive, the only reason that i spent that much money on food is because I had a gift card.

The food is great, very interesting and balanced. It can be a bit hard to pick out things that work well together but ask the staff they are very helpful. The atmosphere is pretty good and relaxed and overall we had a really good experience there. Best tapas I've had in Aarhus so far
