Absolutely brilliant service from William! I took my work Macbook to him after having called Apple numerous times and not fixing the issue. I called William after being stressed and tired from trying to fix the issue and getting nowhere, he told me to drop it off the same day and a few days later he called me back with the issue and saying he could fix it! Issue has been fixed and Macbook is up and running like new! Wouldn't hesitate to use William again and highly recommend him to everyone!

I emailed Aardvark and received a response almost immediately. After explaining what the issue was along with updating the graphics card, it was dropped off at the stated time. William is a professional, he gave advice, explained the process and issues clearly, even my husband could understand. We had the computer back, running like a dream in just over a week, considering we had to wait for delivery of parts, that was very quick.
