Just like to pass on thanks to Jordan at AAA Shildon, after he went out of his way to solve a problem after we had already bought a spare part direct from Whirlpool/Indesit/Hotpoint. Customer service direct from the manufacturer was appalling, but Jordan saved the day doing some detective work and making several phone calls. If only Whirlpool had the same attitude to customers as Jordan does, then the world would be a better place!

I was stuck needing a part for my cooker and nowhere in Darlington was open and the ones that were did not have the part. I rang this place and he had a choice of two in stock !!! Lifesaver. Would highly recommend
