I bought a used Peugeot 207 from Mark in Sept 2019, I felt completely at ease speaking to him and felt he was knowledgeable and trustworthy. I had been to other dealers but decided upon A1 for my purchase. I am so, so glad I did. I was given 6 months warranty which I unfortunately had to claim on due to the water pump failing. I have received such amazing aftercare since calling Mark to inform him. The car went straight in. The Garage (tivoli motor services) dealt with the warranty company, which was a huge weight off my mind and kept me informed. Then due to a shortfall on labour cost by the warranty company the garage told me that A1 had said they would cover the remaining labour charge. I was absolutely blown away by the gesture! As a single working Mum I can not begin to explain how much this meant to me, so close after Christmas too! A true gent! I can not fault the sale, service or aftercare. Fantastic!

I brought my Mondeo from a1 car sales in September. The car was fully serviced and a new mot was supplied. I was very pleased with the service given at the time of purchase by Mark and David very helpful and at no time was there any pressure put on me to buy. However 3 days before we were due to go on holiday the battery failed Mark brought anew battery and fitted it at my home ( nochaerge) wonderful service. On our way to Devon the car gave me some problems I rang Mark explained the problem and he said get the car sorted at local garage to where we were staying and the would sort out the payment which he did. WOW A truly superb after sales service from a truly friendly honest family company. Thanks Mark and David 5 star recommendation from an ex car salesman from the sixties/seventies. As 78 year old you proved to me that good honest service is still around in the car sales world thank you.
