A company can live and die by its reputation and I had not come across these guys before until I needed to hire a tool via their HSS counter. There was a hiccup with booking via the central HSS website and I was pretty annoyed, however the Director of A1 called me personally to apologise and rectify the situation. They were more than flexible and upon collection I discovered they had some paint I’ve been after for ages and it was very competitively priced. They were well prepared for no contact Collection and drop off as per COVID and the staff were helpful and polite. Thanks for the excellent customer service I’ll be back.
What a gem! Scott and the guys and girls are all brilliant. Super friendly and helpful, always with a great bit of banter and laughs. Have transformed our back garden thanks to their help and expertise. Is my first choice for any equipment and tools I need for all my home and garden improvements. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks guys!
Very rude and ignorant company need to learn basic knowledge of running a business please Infuture treat your customers/staff with dignity and respect
Great service every time, backed up with friendly knowledgeable staff. A few refreshments wouldn't go a miss.. e.g.. coffee and biscuits, maybe even a bacon roll...
