I’ve searched for years to find a honest garage and have definitely found it with A1. Super friendly and efficient. They have on many occasions got our fleet vehicles in quickly to keep us on the road, anything from a puncture to all out electrical and engine failure. Transparency with pricing and completion times have been a real help over the past four years and have been a key factor in our reasons for staying with them.

Took my Audi A6 allroad here after endless problems getting an aweful suspension related noise sorted. Audi main dealer had it, did nothing, and \u003e800 spent. Reviews seemed good. Thought it had to be worth a punt. Quality and professional service. First take they thought they had it solved, Audi left a brake callipers loose... minimal charge/cost, got it back soon to be booked back in. Totally happy with this, they did the least amount of work possible. Went back in, had a test drive with a mechanic, pulled up in the car park after bouncing some ideas off each other, and he was confidence of a fix. Came back perfect. Shocked at how little it cost me. They wouldn’t even take a tip! Old fashioned quality service, quality staff and superb value for money. I can’t speak highly enough of them, they even quoted me for changing the gearbox oil, which Audi said was impossible and not needed.... Enough said, quality place, quality staff. Very happy and retuning customer without doubt.
