We were visiting Blackpool for the day when our mobility scooter failed us. We had 5 mins before closing time to get to the store but an old chap offered to stay open till we could get a taxi to the store. When we arrived we were offered two replacement batteries but had no way of fitting them on the street so had to buy A second hand one in store. Just grateful we had the opportunity to do that. We just abandoned our old one. It was a rushed experience but they certainly saved our weekend. I could have given 5 stars but feel the chap could have at least borrowed us a screwdriver to save us the expense of having to buy a new scooter bearing in mind the nature of the shop dealing with disabled vulnerable people. But thanks
Nice friendly staff, fixed a puncture in my wife's scooter very quickly and cheaply....

A1 Motablility are great people. Very friendly, helpful and have always looked out for me. Even when I had my High rate PIP dropped they where there with an ear to listen and helped me threw the bad times. And now I've got my High rate PIP back they was there to help me choose another scooter and with the same friendliness and helpfulness. Thanks for all your help Ms Jan Ward
