Ad and Steve are the stand up guys at A1! Very knowledgeable. I had a electrical issue that kept re-occurring and they were the only ones who fixed it rather than condemning the car! This has saved me a fortune and for that I'm grateful. The team were very re-assuring and did their best to keep me in the loop, even when the garage was particularly busy. They are not the cheapest, but that's not the reason you go here. You come here because you want a genuine expert to accurately diagnose your car and provide a first quality service. The knowledge of a dealer for half the price! Looking forward to having trouble free motoring but I know that if things go wrong, I will have a very reliable garage to call upon. Cheers guys!
I'd like to say a very big thank you to all the team at A1. I visited them yesterday for the first time to get some work carried out on my E46 M3. I wanted an honest specialist who knew what they were doing at a reasonable price. I had my brake pipes completely replaced which were coroded and had my door fixed and some suspension work carried out. From the beginning until the very end I was kept informed on the progress to my vehicle. The work was carried out to an exceptional standard at a very reasonable price. I also made use of their courtesy car service. I will be using them again.
Service Steve, Ed and the rest of the team @A1 German Car Specialist provide is absolutely fantastic. I took my 335i for an engine walnut shell clean and DCT transmission service ,as it went passed 50k, and the guys did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. They've kept me well informed throughout the process and thoroughly inspected my car to see if everything was up to scratch. Couldn't recommend them high enough.
Professional service, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who really went the extra mile for me. Impressed with the whole experience and will be using them from now on. They performed a carbon clean of the inlets, full inspection and software update and replace the battery and recoded, as well as spark plug change. Also identified an issue with leaking gaskets, seals and injectors, which is great to catch early as it could have lead to a much bigger issue over time. This was done ony BMW 335i, 2009 model. Highly recommended.
