My wife of over 53 years passed away last month. Because of Covid-19 most of the arrangements were completed by phone or email. I was put in touch with Zoe. She was really a godsend for me. She was not only helpful but sympathetic and considerate. When it came to efficiency she was the absolute definition of the word. Emails were replied to usually within minutes. The cremation itself was faultless and carried out professionally. I would highly recommend this business to everybody who needs the services of an undertaker. out

Losing my dad was the worst thing I’ve experienced in my life and finding a good funeral directors was imperative. After all, the funeral and care of my father before laid to rest will be in their hands. We as a family couldn’t have been happier with who we chose, Yeatman & Son’s Norwood. From the moment we stepped in we felt welcomed and in good hands. Darren was amazing at taking us through all the steps and even being a shoulder to cry on a couple of times! He told us that while in his care we were family and it really did feel that way. They did a lovely job with my dad, he looked exactly how he did when asleep. On the day of the funeral everything went perfectly, thanks to Samantha and her team. To Darren and Samantha especially but also the rest of the team who helped, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
