I got my nails done, he’d been on his lunch and I was told to wait for him. I saw him spitting and smoking outside but was too late for me to say anything. So I asked him to wash my hands. Three days later, one nail fell off, two days later another and the third a few days later. I asked for a full refund as this was my first time and I usually go to Hollywood nails and never have any problems. I was refused a refund. The product they use is cheap and the hygiene is poor And I would never return.

Had acrylics nails done here... Three times ended up with a fungal nail infection due to them not sterilising their equipment and they made it out that it was my fault I ended up with a fungal nail infection.. They said I suggest you wash your hands more often. My hands are always clean. I found it very rude they tried to pin the blame on me as they said its because you got ombre first and then acrylic on top. Well they should know how to do the job properly if I couldn't get normal acrylic over the ombre.. Will not be going back I will be taking my business else where once my finger has healed
Poor quality acrylics, they should last longer than a week! One came off and another snapped in half. Also got my eye lashes done and they lasted 3 days. Very disappointing.
Very friendly staff. Definitely go back again.
