My commercial property needed a full refurbishment including a new shop front for a take away, a new commercial kitchen and a new office space. After meeting and acquiring many quotes from several contractors, we settled on A N Property Solutions. From our first meeting, Aidan was friendly, professional and provided a detailed analysis of the work that would be required. A list of the works carried out in the property includes: Stripping out the entire property Replacement of floor joists Installation of RSGs New brickwork Electrical rewiring throughout the property A new gas central heating system and piping New wall and floor tiles throughout the property New double glazed windows and doors Installation of a new roof Work was completed in the agreed time, completed to a very high standard and we could not be happier with the team at A N Property Solutions. The shop front is now spacious, the commercial kitchen is now larger with more space for operations, and an office space has been added to the property. Thank You once again to Aidan and his team for all the attentive work carried out on the property.

We were looking for professionals to convert a large room above the garage into a master bedroom, walk in wardrobe and an ensuite with a shower and a bath. From the moment we met Aidan, we knew that we have approached the right person / group and his insight and ideas were so appropriate to what we had in mind. He directed us to the right places for equipment and on a few occasions, even met us at the showrooms for shopping of tiles / bathroom stuff etc. Even the retailers were surprised as not many builders would go that extra mile to help their clients. Come March 2020. the work started and Aidan's team (Liam / Ben / Dave / Daniel / John) are a complement to his own work ethic. It is brilliant to see highly skilled workmen work in such harmony with a smile on their faces. The work was completed in good time (accepting the delay caused by the Covid19 situation) and the end product as you can see is fabulous. Throughout the time the guys ensured that our life is disturbed to a minimum degree. The carpets were covered in the morning with the covers lifted at the end of the day. All areas have been cleaned to an extent we can't even tell whether construction work was done there or not. I can't thank Aidan and his team enough. We cannot think of anyone else to do work in the future on our property.
Did a great job adding a conservatory to our house in Flixton. Liam was really professional, keeping the house and garden tidy whilst working, and Aidan was always available when we had questions. Can highly recommend.
Aiden and his team are great, they worked on this property for my parents and did so like it was for their own family. Aiden kept us updated at all times and even went the extra mile for my parents. I have used Aiden for work at my office also and i will definitely use them again, I love these guys. Highly recommend.
Extremely happy with the work Aidan and his team did, the extension is exactly what we needed and the kitchen has been finished off superbly. We would be happy to recommend them to anybody and can't wait until we've saved enough to do the loft dormer we have planned.
