I contacted Ken 2 weeks ago and asked for a quote for my mothers driveway to be tarmacked. Ken was happy to provide a quote but explained that he was fully booked until October ( 4 months). We discussed the job a little and when I explained that my mother was ill and needed a safe driveway, Ken immediately offered to fit the job in. We arranged to meet the next day and Ken was ontime and very professional in his approach. The price was agreed and a written quotation was handed over. A date was agreed for the following week Thursday and Friday. Ken phoned me on the Tuesday and said that he could start the next day (1 day early) if that suited us. Of course that was brilliant. Ken and his team arrived exactly on time the following day and by Friday lunch time the job was completed, the area fully jet washed and left in an immaculate condition. I can't praise Ken and his team enough. Ken kept his word, did a great job and left the site in good order.
