High Quality, Expert, Intelligent, diligent. Upon recommendation, I contacted this AC professional. Bruce surpassed where all others failed. Another company was used prior but unable or unwilling to fix the problem. He stayed until the problem was fixed. I could sense a passion for not only air conditioning repairs but also making sure his job was completed to my satisfaction. I will not hesitate to contact him again.
I have used Bruce in the past and every time, he was quick, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. I recently had what I thought was a minor problem which ended up to be a major problem requiring replacement of my outside AC unit. Bruce came the next day and replaced my outside unit and serviced my air handler quickly, efficiently and reasonably. There are so many dishonest, expensive service professionals around, but Bruce is definitely not one of them. You will not be disappointed!!!
This company is excellent! I've been a landlord for 35 years and this is the best A/C guy ever. He even comes out at night to keep your in cool air. His prices are very reasonable and he goes to great lengths to save you . Even hoisting a condenser to a 2nd story roof to avoid a crane charge. Always a straight story, no scare tactics or up sell.
Punctual, Capable and Reliable! He was on time, could find the problem right away and made it work. Also fixed other problems we were not aware of. He just found we had a duct cleaning recently then the cleaners messed up the wire connections, and fixed it. He answered very politely on the questions I had. I learned a lot. I will definitely call him again.
