They charge one dollar extra for brown rice! the previous owners were nicer. Sometimes you cannot understand what they say on the phone.

It's the kind of tiny place where the atomosphere less but where you find great, cheap food with a very good portion.

My favorite neighborhood Chinese. However I went by last night and it was different people with a different menu. I think the days of their heavenly dumplings maybe over :(
