We cannot fault A.B. Walker or the service they provided for us. From the start they were really interested in learning everything there was about our special lady that passed. They wanted to know all about her life, her values, personality and family. They took the time to listen to us, even when it was hard for us to talk. Then, through just a few chats, they were able to provide a service that was simply perfect. Everything we said was mentioned. All 90 years of happiness were accounted for. Even through these COVID times, they were able to make sure our international relatives were able to virtually attend. Down to the finest detail it was everything you could have hoped for on such a sad day. We also arranged the flowers through A.B. Walker - who made sure Cherubs had all the information they needed. The flowers were beautiful and fit everything we asked for. We wanted a celebration of flowers and that was definitely delivered. We've left this review to say thank you to everyone that helped us over the last two weeks. From start to finish we were treated with professionalism and respect. Muriel was very attentive and quick to respond, nothing was too much trouble. Could not have asked for better service at such an emotional time. On the day of the funeral James made sure we were aware of everything that was going to happen. I cannot praise Muriel enough for her support and thorough professionalism in dealing with mums funeral , especially in these difficult times with so many restrictions in place. On the day Tony was very supportive which was a great help to us. Thanks to the pallbearers , it's not an easy job to carry out under normal circumstances , the present situation is a real challenge. The service we received from Muriel was fantastic and nothing was too much, from flowers, order of service books and having Dads hat out on the coffin which was beautiful and fantastically put together. Mark Nicholls the minster for the day was very warming and caring. Also a big thanks to James for all his help on the day which was very much appreciated.

It is very difficult organising a funeral in the current times, but Muriel was an absolute star making sure everything got done and was in place, the family would like to thank her for all the help.
