A lovely reliable, friendly, local family owned business who have served our community for as long as I can remember and deserve our support. I can wholeheartedly recommend. My go to for keys, shoes repairs, watch straps, engraving and all related accessories, and probably much more!

Always found to be good value for money and very accommodating. Perhaps negative reviews reflect the reviewers' attitude rather than the shop

Regrettably I had a cup engraved which they made a mistake on and never thought to mention their error! They tried to engrave another letter over their mistake & must have thought I was stupid and wouldn’t notice. Charged me full price until I spotted their mistake and then I questioned being charged full price. I was begrudgingly offered a 2 refund! Sadly you get what you pay for - avoid having engraving done here. Dishonest people.

As per the last review - the chap that works here is a dishonest and disgusting individual. Handed an expensive watch over for a battery change.. returned 10mins later to be told he didn’t have correct battery. I took the watch to another shop where I then noticed considerable amount of deep scratches to the back plate. I went back to ask why he did not have yeh professional courtesy to inform me he had damaged the watch. He initially denied and then said it ‘has to happen’ to watches in order to get the back plate off.. ‘as mine didn’t have a lip to take it off’ ! However it does have a lip and you DO NOT have to damage a watch to change the battery. I will be pursuing this through the small claim courts and I would encourage anyone reading not to visit this shop. If he can’t even change a watch battery imagine what damage could be caused to your shoes/keys!
