My prescription was sent well over an hour ago before my wife went to pick it up as I'm to sick to go out and she was lied to as thay was about to close well before thay should be. I fort your local pharmacy are here to care for people. That just all wurry about getting home not careing for no one just them selves

Came in here to collect my prescription today which the owner of the store then telling me it is not in as should of been in saturday then waiting 5 minutes for him to ring to ask where it is then he gets told by he's assistant it's already in the draw. Absolutely pathetic completely disgusting no communication between colleagues in this store what are you running here a pharmacy or a kennel club? Sort yourselves out and actually communicate with each other for christ sake.
Great pharmacy located on Whitmore way Basildon by the jolly friar pub it’s fully wheelchair accessible with a good range of products at fair prices they collect and deliver prescriptions from local doctors and the staff are simply a delight
Best pharmacy in Basildon nothing is too much for them so kind and helpful even with their controlled drugs they are beyond words wouldn't go anywhere else again tried a few others and they were rude incompetent and incapable of doing their job well done AA you deserve the recognition it's about time. Thank you for all your help over the years.
Pharmacist was more than helpful and went above and beyond to find my prescription from my doctors in Sussex. wonderful service, lovely people.
