I've been using this chippy for around 20 years. I sometimes think the only reason my mother comes to see me, is to go to this chippy. I've never had a problem with the staff, always friendly even when busy. The owner is a lovely woman. Best fish and chips in this area. Can't believe the negative reviews, I've never heard anyone say anything bad about this place. Keep it up, ladies!

When ever I'm over west side and if its that time of the day I try and pop in. Lovely food and fantastic staff a must visit location.
I brought home fish and chips to have for our tea tonight. The fish had no flake to it, it just sort of disintegrated in your mouth and felt like you was chewing on slime or jelly. It was brown inside when you removed the batter, and had a funny smell to it. I have grandparents who were trawlers and have brought me up to recognise a well cooked, FRESH fish. I took all three fish and threw them in the bin! I was not feeding my family this sh** Please avoid if you value your health
