Waitress was very friendly. I think there is just no or low demand. I got the sirloin and scallops, with rice on the side. I ordered a medium well steak but what I got was a steak burned on one side. I appreciate aromas but the was too close to coal. My server was not to be found so I finished the dish, leaving the steak on the plate. Server came and I showed her the burned steak and out of politeness I said I wouldn’t want a new steak. I guess my silent expectation was to get a discount or at least a drink for free but nothing like that was offered to me. Perhaps I should have demanded it but in my world it would be good customer service for them to offer volunteerly

Took my family here for dinner. Mikayla was Our waitress. She drops food off with no condiments although we asked for them while ordering. She disappears outback talking with other staff. We are the only table in the entire restaurant. She comes back with a raw burger. We wait and wait for her to return and show her the raw burger. She tells us a medium well burger is supposed to be bloody inside. She proceeded to tell my husband he didn't know How to order his burger. She tells us she can't make another it will take too long . Again we are the only table in the restaurant. She takes his burger back to the kitchen to cook more. She comes back and says Hope this is up to par. We took our food to go. So disappointing this was a family favorite in the past. Will not return.
Always consistent in cleanliness, service, food and drinks. Never disappointed.
Nice atmosphere. Chicken parm was good. (Maybe a little more sauce for me.) The steak not so good. Maybe try again. Service was good.
3/14 took wife out for lunch. Ordered Chix parm . When meal came out, pasta very cold even sauce cold. Waitress came by and told her she took it back and the only thing they did was add some hot sauce over. Pasta still colad.

99 in PLYMOUTH MA . People were so friendly (please don’t confuse this one with the Pemboke 99, which did not get my salad right twice and not friendly!) Doesn’t my veggie burger look delicious (it’s not GF but the roll is)! Not to mention the hot -extra fudge Sunday ! My friend had the scallops and loved them! Baked potatoes all day on Sundays.
Enjoyed a wonderful dinner out with my Mom, Dad, Sister and Niece ! It was great to get out and have good food and also talk/laugh with my wonderfully loving family! I really cherish these times️ Thanks to all the great staff at thee 99 in Plymouth, You're Great!
