On the restaurant window they advertised 25% off on first order when you download the app. Did that and no discount. Rang up to ask about it and they said ‘sorry this is no longer available’ and wouldn’t honour it, which was poor service. Why not update your window instead of doing false advertising? But giving 4 stars because app was good, easy to order, quick delivery by a polite staff member and the food was good.

I celebrated my birthday yesterday in this fine place. Well we had a fantastic evening and the restaurant was certainly one of the reasons for this happy evening. The team cooperated in a lovely manner, the cooking was very good and my friends were so glad. We shall surely come back again for more events. Thank you very much.
Recently ordered a takeaway from Nine Elephants, wonderful food and beautiful flavours. Felt it was good value for money and the food arrived hot. There's a big selection of food and a generous mixture of tastes to suit everybody. Definitely recommend
Ordered a takeaway for my partners birthday for 4 people and at 60 it certainly was not cheap - sadly it was a complete disaster. The delivery driver got lost so the food arrived an 90 minutes after ordering. The only stater missing was of course the one for the birthday girl. All the food was cold, so it all had to be re-heated. We contacted the restaurant, who apologised and said they would send on the missing starter. After a further 45 minutes waiting, we called the restaurant again who confirmed they now would NOT be sending out the missing starter, due to a mix up with the initial online order and had forgot to call us ! The food was tasty, but customer service and attitude when we called was very poor. We will not use them again. So much for supporting your local business !
Food was delicious at the 9 Elephants Their Drink & Dine, starters and main courses were done perfectly. The drinks however is the reason for the dropped star. The first two beers we ordered came to the table already opened but they were room temperature, not chilled which was really disappointing. For the next drinks we asked for them to be cold and they were, we shouldn't have had to ask for this. Staff were very friendly and helpful though.
