Danny was AMAZING!! My wife had the 8oz filet with truffle butter. I had the lamb chops.. Both absolutely superb. We also had the scallops. Again, delightful! Cooked perfectly. We had unexpected guests, our children (5 and 11). They enjoyed the kids prime rib and there wasn't a bite left.

I’ve been to most great steak houses in the St. Louis area and this has been the best place so far. Not only was the steak the best I’ve had (I love the way it had the bark on the outside) it was cooked perfectly, medium well but the oysters Rockefeller were excellent also. There was not one thing anyone in our group of seven could complain about. The ambiance and service was second to none. Thanks 801 Steakhouse!
Very good. Staff were great. Sides and desserts were great. Brussel sprout side was unusual, but good. Steaks were only good. Cooked perfectly, well marbled (at least from taste and texture). Only wet aged meat available however, so I missed the funk that I enjoy from dry aging.
Good Lord the food was so good. Their steak was cooked perfectly, there was an abundance of wine choices and all the wait staff were very accommodating. The sides were huge
