First time in a vape shop I have basic understanding of things and have always used online shops until now I'm really happy with the service I wanted a better device from what I have. The man at the shop was helpful and easy to talk to and helped me get a great device 10/10 will be back.
Really good service and friendly staff. They helped me pick my first proper vape and flavour as well. Gave me a run down of the dos and don'ts and left very happy.
I smashed my phone this morning and tried a few places in Tunbridge Wells, neither could do it the same day. I went to 7G they did it within half an hour, they were extremely polite, courteous and above all friendly. They got the job done so well and I highly recommend them and they were 70 cheaper than one of the other shops. Well done 7G!
Very Helpful, Friendly honest staff. They will be attentive not too pushy, always happy to fix and save an existing vape however, will advise if a new one is required accordingly. Wide range of products and recommendations; can also customise according to your individual need and requirements. Ross is particularly helpful he is extremely knowledgeable; it is refreshing to see someone who will go the extra mile to ensure your experience has been impeccable. He Offers after care advise after any purchase and always happy to have you return with any concerns. A family feel to the place a happy business passionate about what they do.
