Recently relocated from Seattle and found 7East through an apartment hunter and I am not disappointed! The staff is incredible - they made the long distance move seamless! The apartment is gorgeous, the community is warm, the building is well kept, and the location is unparalleled! I am so happy I found this place! The street noise on 7th was more than I anticipated, but it quickly becomes hardly noticeable! I cannot recommend 7East enough!

I have a had a great experience here at 7East, staff was friendly and the move in process was really smooth. The fitness center is open 24 hours which is perfect for my erratic work schedule. I can walk just about everywhere on the east side, good food and good bars. Would definitely recommend living here!
Very noisy the whole time I lived there. Made it difficult to sleep in on the weekends and had trouble sleeping sometimes at night. Very unsecured. Cars were broken into on multiple occasions. I was lucky enough to not have kept anything valuable in my car when it was broken into but others lost work phones and laptops. There was a couple of weeks where multiple people had their bicycles stolen too. Somehow people were getting in and were able to saw through the bike racks. Really not worth it. If they do not get you with the rent they will definitely get you at move out. Their fees are insane and their criteria/judgment is unreasonable.
Moving here was the best we could have done. The fact that we're super close to work makes a huge difference in our lives. The amenities are incredible, we have such a lovely rooftop with a sweet view. The staff is amazing, they always respond super fast to our inquiries, and are very attentive.
Leasing personal were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Complex community is small which gives it a more personal feel. It is very close to downtown. We live on the easy east side of Austin.
