I was already interested in doing the Active IQ Level 2 course so when 5S Fitness advertised that they would be running the courses I enrolled straight away in order to focus my training towards strength & conditioning. I thoroughly enjoyed the course & felt I was able to learn so much more by working with Jason, he is incredibly knowledgeable & a great teacher. I passed the Active IQ Level 2 & with 5S Fitness you are also awarded the 5S Accreditation Certificate
