Please be wary of this company. They installed a boiler in my home 2 weeks ago and the workmanship was awful. The man who came to install it left brown marks on all my walls where he bled the radiators which I couldn't get off so I have had to repaint each room. He even got it all over my daughters bedspread. He did pipe work outside my house and thought it was acceptable to leave cement on my drive and looks like a toddler has plastered it around the pipes where he drilled through the wall. Then to top it off has fastened the foam to stop the pipes freezing with bright blue tape which runs along the majority of the wall so it's a complete eyesore. I also have a leak from the pipe above the boiler which is still to be fixed. Please think twice before trusting this company. Iv emailed several times to get a resolution and I just get fobbed off, the resolution is very simple, get someone qualified that has respect for peoples property to cover the outside pipes and reimburse me for the money I had to spend on sorting out the mess they left.

Rude staff and rude management team. Took my money for a boiler installation and never refunded me. My credit card details were written down in an employees book and never discarded. My signatures were completed by the office staff for my ofgem paperwork. I have never dealt with such a terrible company, I will be taking them to ofgem. Stay away.
Avoid at all cost, can’t put minus stars otherwise I would, had heating fitted 14 months ago and had nothing but problems ie leaking pipes, pump fitted upside down, once system fitted nobody knew how to show me how to run it, wrong insulation put on exterior pipe work, drain plug never fitted, the list is endless
As a landlord living two and a half hours away from my property I had to try and remotely deal with a new boiler installation when the old one broke. The letting agent through no fault of their own asked their own contractors to quote but they were silly prices. 2,300 plus and not very responsive. I spoke to Alex Wild at 50five. Not only did she do me a good deal at just over 1700 it was for a Vailliant boiler with a 10 year parts and labour guarantee and a credit facility to pay over three years with minimal interest which helps with cash flow. Day of installation all went okay. Can't fault either Alex or 50five. So much so that they will be doing all my replacement boilers now. Well done Alex and 50five.
