I bought a Cube electric bike and I am very happy with it! The guys in the shop were really helpful. For something so expensive I really wanted to buy it from a local shop rather than online and I would definitely recommend them!

i bought the CUBE ACID e bike and am very glad i did . now it feels easy to commute to work daily( 20 km) even in windy days. the staff at 50 cycles are amazingly supportive and helpful
Very disappointed: I bought a Kalkhoff ebike from 50 cycles 5 years ago, costing 1700. Because of an injury it has been very lightly used until recently. Now there appears to be a problem with the motor,and 50 cycles response is that they are no longer Kalkhoff dealers so can't get parts, so try google for another dealer Given the costs of ebikes - this attitude to after sales service is disappointing - I'd not go there again
Got a super ebike swiss cube nutrail fat, had some minor teething problems with new features and got fantastic support from all the staff. The manager Harry really understood the technical side and has guided me along. superb support with Fat accessories as these can have long order windows, customer service the best I have known and I would strongly recommend this store best in my area by a long mark. I've recently taken delivery of a new Besv Trb1 urban. Its been in use for more than 3 weeks now on my daily commute. I would like to thank Samuel and Harry of 50 cycles Electric Bikes, Twickenham. They assisted me getting the bike into the back of car on pick up day 16th May 2019 and were very very friendly and helpfull. Rightly so a suggestion that i could of ridden it home would in hindsight have been better than lifting it into the car. I have to say it has transformed my commute.
