I was here a couple of times with a friend of mine we were sitting on one of the booths up front and we got a server (I believed her name is Daylene). At first when it happened we thought that she was just having a bad day cause it happens to all of us, but when we come back it seems like she is the only server we get. Every time her service would start good but in the middle of it my friend would notice that after she talks to us she would roll her eyes as she was turning away. Why you ask? Because we would ask for extra sauce or more to drink... it was really unfortunate we love this place and we use to have a server but she is never around anymore young long hair very respectful loud but in a fun way probably left because of the surroundings (I can’t blame her). But this server needs some disciplinary action, I would not be coming back and you bet that I will tell everybody how bad she is and how she treats customers. Also you can tell that she’s talking bad because she would go to one of her co workers and talk negatively and really loud.She doesn’t even try to hide the fact that she’s doing it. We’re close enough to hear it, what a shame. I really hope that whoever owns this place would straighten her up.

An amazing dine in experience, love their chicken fried rice, one of my favorite places for fried rice!
The food was really good however we ordered online and received an email that it would be ready at approximately 6:38 but it was not ready until 7:20. I had made a grocery pick up prior and had ice-cream in my order. I would have went home and unloaded the groceries if I had known it was going to be significantly later than the time in the email. It would have been much faster if we had just went through the drive through.
I move out of Springfield a couple of years ago and this was my favorite place to go! I decided to go back just to try it out again. They definitely upgraded from the walls to the floor and even their server! got a vibrant young lady and she was so helpful and very kind! I believe her name was Casey. I would definitely recommend this place If I could give more than 5 stars I will!!!
Poor service. Waitress never came to check on us until our meal was finished. Then asks when we are ready to leave if we want a refill. Had to wait another 5 minutes to get the check.. it was 1130.. and only one other table seated in the restaurant. Food quality was average. Nothing spectacular.
