Ordered takeaway to have a cozy dinner at home since couldn't go out to celebrate the New Year's eve.Got complementary Poppadom's which was nice and we ordered Matar Paneer and Chicken curry and some naam breads. the food was good and we enjoyed our meal

Located right in the middle of Nottingham city centre on the Maid Marion Way, paid parking is available in the adjoining streets. The ambiance is really good and staff very friendly. We ordered gourmet banquet and vegetarian banquet, both of which were excellent. The portions were really liberal and cuisine authentic Indian. Overall it was a fantastic dining experience.
Restaurant is nice inside, staff good. Food ok but very pricey. King Prawn Puri is 8.15 and it only had two medium size prawns. Sauce was really nice but roti a bit heavy. Curries nice but small portion with about 2/3 of cheap chicken breast, no free range here. Also nan 2.95 good size but a bit heavy. We got 10 off per person due to a deal but if it was full price it's a bit too much. Shame as overall a nice curry for Nottingham which tends to struggle on Indian food.
Very tasty curry. Enjoyed the starters, presentation and taste. I found the lamb main a bit salty and would have preferred the lighting to be less bright.
Very good ambience this restaurant has got. Right in front of park plaza hotel. Staff is good, and it's a fast service as well. You can dine with a decent drinks too. Book a table and visit as weekends it will be busy. It's not so high in terms of price. If you want to celebrate anyone birthday, you can place a order for a cake. The staff will support and cheer the birthday song by dimming the lights in the hotel. Nearest car parking is on the streets on the mount street or you can park in NCP which is beside the restaurant.
